Why do I need to create an account?
Your account will save all your previous orders and delivery details, for your convenience. Repeat customers can also receive some rewards or goodies!

Can I place an order for more than one festival?
Yes you can. Add a comment in your cart specifying the festival for which you are ordering.
You will have to compile your customised festival package again but we are working on making it even easier for you.
If my plans change can I change the day my package arrives?
Send us a Facebook message or an email with your preferred day of arrival and order number found on your receipt.
Can I cancel my order? Do I get a refund?
Of course. But then you miss the opportunity to have an even awesomer festival experience. We will be sad to see you leave.

Can I edit my package after I have placed my order?
Once you have checked out you will not be able to edit your order. We know it sucks and we are working on this, promise.
What we can offer in the mean time:
Order your additional products and we will combine the orders for you. So it will be like you only ordered once! Magic.
Can I postpone my order to a different festival?
Yes you can. But you will not be able to edit your order.

How do I pay?
EFT with proof of payment, Snapscan, Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, Debit Card.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes you can. We offer a Cash on Delivery option. Please have the exact cash ready when we deliver your package for easiness.
How do I get SnapScan?
Download the App from your smartphone's app store. Enter your card details into the SnapScan app. And walla! Just snap away!

What do I need to collect my package?
We will phone you to arrange a drop off time.
Can someone fetch my package on my behalf?
When we contact you and you cannot make the delivery time, we will organise together who can receive the package.
How do I know the food I order will arrive fresh?
Our food will be only included in the package if the Best Before date is after the festival.
